Your appointment is very important to the professionals here at Arcane Hair Parlour. As we reserve our time slots especially for you. To ensure your & our time is valued, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
A less than 24-hour notice or a complete "NO SHOW" will result in a cancelation fee that must be paid before you are able to book any future appointments. For this reason, we do require a card on file at the time of booking, that will be used to process the cancelation fee if the policy is violated. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for other guests.
“NO SHOWS” or same day cancelations will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hours notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
As a courtesy, we offer reminder texts for all appointments 24-48 hours prior to your reservation and can be reached via email & phone to answer any questions.
DAY OF APPOINTMENT
Please arrive for your scheduled appointment on time to ensure you receive the full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you, but please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

LOCATION AND PARKING

We are located on the north side and the bottom floor of the Skyline Apartment lofts. We are on Pierce Street in between 3rd and 4th Street. We are just Southwest of Roosevelt Row and North of Fillmore.
We have free on-site parking in the attached garage marked “Residents Only”. When you enter the garage, there will be designated business parking spots.
Please ask us for a guest parking pass for your vehicle when you check in for your appointment.
